Tanzania comes into the game after a 1-0 win over Uganda, which, in turn, beat Senegal 2-1 on July 24.
The tournament is a warm-up competition for Uganda, Tanzania and Senegal before the African Nations Championship (CHAN), which will begin on August 2 in East African nations, Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya.
