Suzlon Energy Q4 results 2025 date and time: Quarterly earnings announcement schedule of renewable energy firm

Suzlon Energy Q4 Results 2025 Date and Time

In an exchange filing on Thursday, renewable energy company Suzlon shared that a meeting of its board of directors will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025 to consider and approve the Financial Results of the Company on Standalone and Consolidated basis for the quarter (unaudited) and financial year ended on March 31, 2025.

Suzlon added that its Trading Window has been closed from Tuesday, April 1, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the Trading Window shall reopen on Sunday, June 1, 2025.

Will Suzlon Declare Dividend?

Suzlon Energy has made no announcement concerning the dividend. The renewable energy company did not pay any cash reward since 2008. During its Q3 earnings call, Suzlon Group Chief Financial Officer Himanshu Modi had said that their focus in Q3 FY25 was execution, which is visible in their financial performance, marked by significant profit growth driven by volume and margin expansion and enhanced operating leverage.

On the company’s dividend plans, he stated, “We will be very selective. We won’t go very aggressive any in organic opportunities.” Mody added that any return or payback to the shareholders will at the time of annual results will be deliberated and discussed.

“There is a scheme which is impending that requires for reclassification of results. So, once that is done is when we can have the dividend paying capabilities. I hope and assume that should be completed, that scheme should go through by June, July.”

Shares of the company ended in the red at Rs 61 apiece on BSE on Thursday. In the last one year, Suzlon stock has risen over 32 per cent while zoomed a whopping 552 per cent in the last two years. The stock has delivered multibagger returns of 627.92 per cent in the last three years.
